Finished Projects
I know it is amazing that there is any at all, but soon I hope to be able to move some UFO's over . I also have yet to post any of my HYTBS projects (have yet to be started), that should be fun. Perhaps I should just take a picture of a box of yarn...
so here are some finished ones...
Pine Needle Basket #1

This basket is my first, I took a class with my mother in which we all made the same basket, but of course they all turn out different. And of course I have acquired enough stuff to make four more different ones but have yet to start one. This I should do before I forget everything I have learned from the class. One of the best things about pine needle baskets is the supplies are pretty cheap, it just can take a long time if you're me to make one.
Mittens

These are some Bulky wool mittens I made for myself (very happy cause it only took me three days) and some fingerless gloves I made for my husband (over a week) out of this cool book which has great stuff in it. Don't let it's name hinder you... Weekend Knitting projects that take more than a weekend for the average person that did more that just knit that weekend.
I really liked the wool I used for the Mittens, Super wash wool I believe it is called. (able to be washed without felting). Keith's grandmother spun it for me and the colors are awsome. I'll make sure to add a link to this book and author later...
Yeah, It's Friday.
