Effort

I keep saying this, but I am going to make a conscious effort to blog more often. And why not? I'm sure I have done something worthy of blogging about, though I have not been to good at taking pictures of these things so you might have to use your imagination.

First off, my new job is going good. Three weeks in and I feel like I am starting to pick up stuff to the point that I am not drowing when more than one thing is going on. Though I do get pretty ruffled when it gets really busy. The position has a four to six month training period. A little intimidating, but they have good trainers and I keep telling myself that it has only been three weeks.

Other than that, I've been keeping myself busy with a little quilting, sewing, spinning, knitting, and the like. Haven't done too much cooking these days and I am starting to get the itch to get back in the kitchen (but only if my man says he will clean up after me, just kidding)



I've had fun playing aroudn in our fish tank, doing a little landscaping. We got a couple more fishes and made me remember how much I like them. I would like to have koi again but we'll see about that.

I got rear-ended by another car (I wasn't driving and I was with a friend, in her car) this weekend. I have sustained minor whiplash (same with her) but unfortunately the front of his pickup fit nicely into the back of her suby wagon . :-(
Will keep people updated, but really it's no big deal, and I will take care of myself.

Well, need to go get ready for tomorrow, but I'll leave you with this... What I like to do on weekends.
